Agreement of Partnership:

This Partnership & Recognition Agreement establishes a formal collaboration between PMI University and ELITE TOOLISTIC (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., under which PMI University officially recognizes and validates ELITE TOOLISTIC as an Authorized Academic & Institutional Partner after due assessment of its operational, academic, and ethical standards. The agreement enables ELITE TOOLISTIC to support and facilitate PMI University's education, certification, learner engagement, and academic coordination initiatives in alignment with the University's policies, while allowing limited use of PMI University's name and branding for approved partnership activities. Both parties commit to maintaining quality standards, confidentiality, data protection, and compliance with applicable laws, with financial terms and project specifics to be governed by separate written arrangements. The partnership is established for a defined term, includes provisions for termination, dispute resolution, force majeure, and intellectual property protection, and is governed by the laws of India, thereby formalizing a structured, transparent, and mutually beneficial academic partnership.
