Agreement of Partnership: 
 

This Partnership & Recognition Agreement formalizes a collaborative relationship between PMI University and ELITETOOLISTIC (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., under which PMI University officially recognizes and validates ELITETOOLISTIC as an Authorized Academic & Institutional Partner, following a thorough evaluation of its operational, academic, and ethical standards.

The agreement empowers ELITETOOLISTIC to support and facilitate PMI University’s educational programs, certification processes, learner engagement, and academic coordination activities in accordance with the University’s policies. It also permits the limited use of PMI University’s name and branding strictly for approved partnership-related purposes.

Both parties are committed to upholding high standards of quality, confidentiality, data protection, and compliance with applicable laws. Financial terms and project-specific details will be governed through separate written agreements.

The partnership is established for a defined duration and includes provisions related to termination, dispute resolution, force majeure, and intellectual property rights. It is governed by the laws of India, ensuring a structured, transparent, and mutually beneficial academic collaboration.
